The Yoga Space is a place for you to come to your practice whenever fits your schedule. The classes offer a well rounded mix of yoga and movement classes to help you move well and feel better, body & mind. Classes to support you to move, breathe, and rest.
Who is The Yoga Space for?
Many of us would love to take more time to support ourselves and tend to our inner world with mind-body practices. Life gets in the way and it can be hard to find the time. Having support and guidance makes this more likely to happen.
The classes in The Yoga Space are suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced. This approach to yoga meets you wherever you are. We focus on yoga, mobility, mind-body awareness and inner connection. There are so many life benefits associated with a consistent yoga practice and I want to make yoga accessible to all.
The classes I share are for real people. Real yoga and movement. The kind of yoga and movement I believe people need. The kind that will help you to move well on the mat and in your everyday life, and to connect with yourself and others.
What will your membership include?
When you join The Yoga Space, you will have access to an on-demand library of yoga and movement classes. The current yoga library is made up of 90+ classes, ranging from 5 minutes to 75 minutes duration. Classes include mobility yoga, slow flow, yin yoga, restorative yoga, breathing, and yoga nidra. New classes are added monthly.

This is a quick hip mobility practice that you can do regularly for healthy, happy hip joints. No props needed, but you might like something for under your head when lying down.
